In 2007, a group of skilled individuals from the insulation industry came together to form Acquisition Link Group, LLC. ALG is headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in an area known as the Lehigh Valley.  Since its formation, ALG has quickly been recognized as a leader in the business of bringing buyers and sellers of insulation companies together.  With a history of being in the business for some 40 years, our people have been instrumental in selling over 40 companies and know how to perform successfully.  This bringing together of talented people has been an effort to change, in a positive ways, how businesses are sold in the industry today.  This fresh new approach makes the process simple, but thorough.

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not ask the sellers for any deposits or upfront fees.  ALG only gets paid at the closing of the transaction, when all parties are satisfied that we have done our job. 
Also, our in-house accounting staff is a benefit to any prospective buyer/seller who wants to ensure that all data has been properly examined, while valuing the company for sale.  These services are all part of our normal package and our customers will not be charged.

We require the highest level of confidentiality throughout the process, for everyone concerned.  ALG believes in privacy.  That is why all initial documentation submitted from us to the buyers, is on our letterhead with only an internal reference number that identifies the seller.  That way, the buyer and the seller have no idea of each other’s identity until later on in the negotiations.  We require confidentiality agreements from all parties, including ALG.
